We will develop computational foundations of photo-scatterography (CPS) to enable building a wearable vascular monitoring device that can measure blood dynamics, structure and composition non-invasively, continuously and safely. The impact of this new near-magical ability on both biological sciences and human healthcare could be revolutionary. The approach we propose will tag and measure photons based on various properties such as spectrum, time-of-travel, light-field, phase, and coherence.
